Woopee, less than a month till our mission trip!! Excited!!

Anyway, just a gentle reminder to keep everyone up in prayer, especially those taking their exams, tests and project work over the next few days...

Continue to keep:-

1) Eliz and Rachel in prayer for their project work presentation
2) Joel and Su Jun for their uni exams
3) Nat Lee for his O Levels
4) Shalom for her series of tests over the next few weeks

Mission is the imperative of the local church. The Holy Spirit is the dynamo behind missions. And the Church of Jesus Christ is the divinelyappointed vehicle.

The apostles received the Great Commission in Matthew 28 and the GreatCompulsion of the Holy Spirit in Acts 1: 8 but they never quite did it! The Early Church pretty much wrapped up the gospel with a Jewish flagand kept the blessings of the Gospel within their own Jewish people and their ownbeloved Jerusalem.

This course seeks to uncover the hidden message in the Book of Actswhich recorded not so much the readiness of the Early Church to spread the Gospel butrather their reluctance to do so!

Come and see how the Holy Spirit turned their reluctance into resolveand unleashed a mission force that transformed the world for Jesus Christ!
